Thomas Armstrong (Construction) Ltd was appointed to deliver a new-build residential development in Brigham, near Cockermouth, providing much-needed family housing in the area.
The scheme included the construction of a mix of two- and three-bedroom properties across a well-planned site, with private driveways, gardens and high-quality finishes throughout. The homes were built with a focus on energy efficiency and practicality, using traditional construction methods to deliver attractive and functional homes for local buyers.
The site layout and finishes were designed to reflect the local vernacular while providing all the comforts expected in a modern home.
