Thomas Armstrong (Construction) Ltd was appointed to deliver public realm improvements in Cockermouth’s Market Place, working in partnership with Cumbria Highways and local stakeholders.

The scheme focused on enhancing the pedestrian environment and improving access, appearance and usability of the town centre. The works were completed in a live environment and required extensive coordination with local businesses, the public, and service providers.
