Thomas Armstrong (Construction) Ltd was appointed to deliver the full construction of a new Costa Drive Thru unit within the live car park of London Road Retail Park in Carlisle.
The 19-week programme included enabling works, site clearance and full construction of the steel-frame building, external finishes and all associated services. Extensive coordination was required throughout to avoid disruption to surrounding retail outlets and maintain public access.
