Retail Store Extension and Garden Centre in Maryport
Thomas Armstrong (Construction) Ltd delivered the extension and modernisation of the B&M store in Maryport. The scheme included construction of a new external garden centre, as well as extensive car park remodelling and drainage improvements.
To keep the store and car park fully operational during the 22-week programme, the site team worked closely with the client and implemented strict traffic and access management. The works were completed on schedule to allow for the new garden centre opening.
