Luxury Hotel Extension and Spa Development in Borrowdale
Thomas Armstrong (Construction) Ltd delivered a major, multi-phase redevelopment of the prestigious Lodore Falls Hotel for Lake District Hotels Ltd.
The phased works included the demolition and groundworks (Phase 1), construction of a new function room and break-out lounge (Phase 2a), a riverside brasserie with luxury suites above (Phase 2b), and a new spa building with additional suites (Phase 2c). The project significantly enhanced the hotel’s offering and was delivered with care next to Derwentwater and the river running through the site.
