This project involved the renovation of existing office space and construction of a three-storey extension to form a new operations hub for Armstrong Watson Accountants. With capacity for 200 employees, the works included asbestos removal, full façade upgrades with 200mm insulated panels, M&E installation, solar panel integration, EV charging infrastructure, and complete external landscaping.
