What We Delivered at Leeming Farm, Watermillock

Thomas Armstrong (Construction) Ltd was appointed to carry out the renovation and conversion of Leeming Farm near Ullswater, transforming the former farmhouse and associated barns into high-end self-catering holiday accommodation and a purpose-built yoga retreat.

Working within the Lake District National Park, the project required a sensitive approach to materials and detailing, preserving the character of the original buildings while meeting modern expectations for comfort, efficiency and style.

The works included structural repairs, new internal layouts, bespoke finishes and extensive external landscaping, all completed in a remote location with limited site access.
