What We Delivered at Orchard Cottage, Outgate
Thomas Armstrong (Construction) Ltd was appointed to carry out the refurbishment and extension of Orchard Cottage, a traditional property located in the Lake District village of Outgate.
The works involved upgrading the existing building to modern living standards while maintaining the charm and character of the original structure. This included new structural works, roof replacement, internal reconfiguration and the addition of a stone-built extension.
All work was completed in line with National Park planning requirements, using locally sourced materials and a sympathetic design approach to blend with the surrounding area.
