Thomas Armstrong (Construction) Ltd was appointed to construct a small, high-quality residential development in the village of Coniston, located within the Lake District National Park.

The project involved the construction of six affordable homes, built to meet local housing need. Designed in collaboration with South Lakes Housing, the homes were constructed using traditional methods and materials, ensuring they reflect the character of the surrounding landscape.

This development helps address housing pressures in rural Cumbria and supports sustainable living through modern energy-efficient building standards.
